Booking Terms & Conditions

Please read our terms carefully before making a group or school booking.

๐Ÿ“… Booking & Confirmation

  • All bookings must be made at least 7 working days in advance.
  • A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm the booking date.
  • Final headcount must be confirmed 48 hours before the visit.
  • Whoopii Land reserves the right to reassign time slots if minimum numbers are not met.

๐Ÿ‘ถ Age & Safety Requirements

  • Toddler Package is exclusively for children aged 1โ€“4 years. Age verification may be requested.
  • All participants must wear grip socks inside the play area (available for purchase at KD 0.500).
  • Our Kid Check wristband system must be used for all children.
  • Accompanying adults must remain on-site for the duration of the visit.
  • A minimum ratio of 1 adult per 10 children is required for school groups.

๐Ÿ’ณ Payment & Pricing

  • All prices are listed in Kuwaiti Dinar (KD) and are per person.
  • Minimum group sizes apply โ€” see individual package details above.
  • Additional participants beyond the booked number will be charged at the same per-person rate.
  • Official invoices are available for schools and government entities upon request.
  • Payment accepted: cash, KNET, and credit card.

โŒ Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations made 72+ hours before the visit: deposit transferred to a new date.
  • Cancellations made within 48 hours: deposit is forfeited.
  • Whoopii Land is not responsible for cancellations due to external circumstances (transport, weather, etc.).
  • Rescheduling is allowed once, subject to availability.

๐Ÿ›๏ธ General Rules

  • Outside food and beverages are not permitted inside the play areas.
  • Photography and video recording are permitted for personal use only.
  • Whoopii Land reserves the right to remove any participant who violates safety rules without a refund.
  • All participants agree to Whoopii Land's general park rules upon entry.
