A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance is due 48 hours before the party. Reschedules are allowed with 72 hours notice.
Yes, you're welcome to bring an outside cake. However, our in-house custom cakes are available and highly recommended โ€” they're made fresh and match your chosen theme perfectly!
Each package includes admission for the number of children stated. Parents and guardians accompanying children (1 per child) receive complimentary access to the party area. Additional adults can be added for KD 11 each.
Absolutely! We have 20+ standard themes available, or our team can create a fully custom theme for your child. Custom themes may require additional lead time and cost.
